Getting to Cowra

Cowra is situated around four hours west of Sydney and two hours north of Canberra in the central west of New South Wales.

Getting to Cowra by car.

From Sydney:
Travel over the Blue Mountains via Lithgow and Bathurst.

From Canberra:
Travel north via Yass and Boorowa.

From Melbourne:
Travel along the Hume Highway via Albury then head towards Wagga Wagga and Young

From Brisbane:
Travel south via Dubbo and Orange

Getting to Cowra by air:

Cowra Airport is open for private and chartered flights. There are currently no scheduled flights. The nearest airports offering commercial flights are Orange, Parkes and Bathurst which offer daily services to Sydney.

Canberra Airport is approximately two hours south of Cowra and has a fuller range of Australian interstate services.
