The Breakout Motor Inn offers 17 ground floor units, including one spa suite, four 2br units and 12 luxurious rooms for both individuals and couples. The bedrooms are very spacious and have queen size beds with electric blankets, table and chairs and a lounge suite and are all fitted out with recycled oregon. Additional brand new, fully self-contained serviced apartments are available near the main motel.
Motel rooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning, wireless internet, colour TV with free Austar, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing boards in all rooms and a modem outlet available in the rooms for your computer. Room service is available if required or you can eat out at one of the three restaurants located directly across the road and charge it back to your account. Alternatively you can cook your own on the BBQ located under the sails in the BBQ area. Breakfast is delivered to your room if required.

Both apartments have LCD TVs, DVD player, leather lounges, hairdryers, irons and electric blankets. Each apartment has its own lock up garage.
