Cowra Regional Art Gallery

The Cowra Regional Art Gallery was established in September 2000 and is located in a cultural precinct which includes the Cowra Library, the Cowra Civic Centre, Australia's World Peace Bell and the Cowra Shire Council Chambers. The Gallery is purpose built with high ceilings, track lighting, art museum security and environmental controls.

The Cowra Regional Art Gallery is committed to offering a broad range of curated and touring exhibitions derived from regional, state and national sources covering the visual arts, crafts and design including historical and contemporary themes and subjects.

The Gallery’s varied program of high quality exhibitions includes painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, textiles, ceramics and glass as well as public programs, workshops and outreach activities for the enjoyment of the community and visitors alike.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm, Sunday from 2pm to 4pm and Monday by appointment.
